Functions of the Office
The PVA is responsible to ensure the fair and equitable assessment of property value in the County for the benefit of state, county, cities and other taxing districts.
Notices are distributed each year during the Spring that explain the value assigned to each property. Questions regarding the value must be directed to the PVA for consideration.
