Effective immediately, the Versailles-Midway-Woodford County Planning Commission Office is now accepting Preliminary Subdivision Plats in addition to Minor and Major Plats, Minor and Major Development Plans, and Construction Plans. We will also be accepting applications for the Board of Adjustment, Board of Architectural Review and Agricultural Advisory Review Committee. This is in order to continue efforts to protect the health and safety of the Woodford County Planning Commission staff and their customers. This limited status will remain in effect until Woodford County Executive Order 2020-02 is terminated.
